We offer custom mouthpiece work for original and vintage mouthpieces. This includes repairs to all parts of your mouthpiece, such as bite plate, tip rail, table shank and the interior. We also have new Bob Ackerman custom mouthpieces in plastic, hard rubber, and brass.

Because of the demand for vintage equipment and the scarcity of vintage parts from the manufacturers. We have dedicated ourr time to careful restorations of original parts that in the past would have been discarded. We can: 1. Reseam necks which in the past would have been patched 2. Replace shanks on original mouthpieces or necks. 3. Reconstruct tone holes 4. Bring back interior dimensions to factory specifications |
